Production
The production activities focus on the series production of refurbished and new pressure plates and driver plates for buses, trucks, tractors, vintage and veteran cars.
Besides high quality and safety standards the objectives of the company focus on efficient and sustainable use of raw materials and energy when refurbishing clutch components. All savings achieved can be passed on to clients in the form of price benefits in comparison to the cost of new components, which normally lie at around 30 %.
One further advantage in refurbishing components can be found in the "weak spot analysis" on the original part. This analysis provides insight into possible defects in the original part which can then be rectified during refurbishment. The objective is to product a product which is as good as - if not better than - the original part.
The modern plant deployed in production ensures our client obtain products of the highest standard in top quality. Assembly and installation of the clutch components is carried out by competent, qualified personnel. Any components which are procured from third parties or as spares are obtained solely from suppliers who serve the automobile industry and thus possess full accreditation of their quality management systems. All components from in-house production pass a stringent quality control. The bespoke in-house test rigs guarantee constant high quality.
